Stag and Dagger

Everything Everything

I’ve been wanting to see Everything Everything live for months now, so when I heard they would be playing the Stag and Dagger this year I jumped at the chance to get tickets.  This Firetrap sponsored mini-festival is in its second year, and sported a fabulous line up spread across a score of Shoreditch venues.

Everything Everything were first up at 93 Feet East, fortunately only a short stagger from my workplace.  Words cannot describe how glorious their performance was.  They succeeded in getting the crowd behind them within the first two songs, and built up to a roaring finish.  MySpace favourites were interspersed with a smattering of very promising new songs, all confidently performed.

Set list:

Hiawatha Doomed
Photoshop Handsome
Suffragette Suffragette

If you fancy seeing them for yourself,  they’re playing the Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen on 28th May – there may still be tickets
